An Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Block 82, Lot 29 on the Official Tax Map of the City of Salem and Redevelopment Agreement with Allied Resources For Kids Inc and the Execution of all Necessary Documents for Settlement
Ordinance 25-25, the title of which is published herewith, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Common Council of the City of Salem, in the County of Salem, New Jersey, held on December 8, 2025. It will be further considered for final passage after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of said Common Council to be held in the Olde County Courthouse, 113 Market Street, Salem , NJ on December 22, 2025 at 5:30 P.M. and during the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said ordinance will be made available at the Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Building Annex, 125 West Broadway, Salem, to the members of the general public who shall request the same. The purpose of the ordinance is to authorize the sale of City owned property.
