An Ordinance Amending Chapters 90 And 130 Of The Code Of The City Of Salem, County Of Salem, New Jersey Related To The Regulation Of Recreational Cannabis, Ordinance 26-10, the title of which is published herewith, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Common Council of the City of Salem, in the County of Salem, New Jersey, held on May 11, 2026. It will be further considered for final passage after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of said Common Council to be held in the Old County Courthouse, 113 Market Street, Salem , NJ on June 8, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. and during the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said ordinance will be made available at the Clerk’s Office in City Hall, 125 West Broadway, Salem, to the members of the general public who shall request the same. The purpose of said ordinance is to amend the Cannabis Ordinance to include other types of cannabis licenses to be issued in addition to retail.
