This contract will be awarded through a “non-fair and open” process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A20.4/20.5 and in addition to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1-6 et seq and N.J.S.A. 52:270-132; and N.J.A.C. 5:23-2.32.
DUE DATE & TIME FOR SUBMISSION AND OPENING:
RFQ due: Friday, May 13, 2022 11:00 a.m. prevailing time
The applicant/proposer shall submit one (1) original with original signatures marked “ORIGINAL” and should submit two (1) complete and exact copy of the original marked “COPY”. Outside envelope must be stamped DEMO 45 Elm St
The applicant/proposer must adhere to the specifications and bidder’s checklist requirements. The RFQ pricing and terms shall remain firm after the opening date for a period of sixty (60) days.
All RFQ’s shall become the property of the Salem City Any proposals received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. The City assumes no responsibility for any proposal that has been misdirected or for premature opening due to submissions not properly addressed and identified.
COMMENCEMENT OF WORK
The Contractor/Vendor shall not begin any billable work prior to the City’s final approval and either execution of a contract or receipt of a signed Purchase Order.
Request for Quotations (herein referred to as RFQ) shall be submitted no later than May 13, 2022, 11:00 a.m. prevailing time via hand delivery, overnight delivery or U.S. Mail to:
