Notice is hereby given that the City of Salem is seeking quotes to board up and secure the building identified as the Campbell Community Center located at 118 Walnut Street in the City of Salem.
Scope of project:
1) Secure and board up all doors, windows and any other openings, large and small, that would allow access to the interior of the building.
2) Reinforce all access points in a manner that will make removal and access difficult.
Quotes must be submitted to the City Clerk by May 20, 2025 to be considered.
Please submit your quote in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the Contractor, and clearly marked, “Campbell Community Center Project”.
Quotes must be accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and Certificate of Insurance.
Vendors will also be required to fill out a City of Salem new/updated Vendor Request form

The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the quote received and to accept the quote which is in the best interest of the City.
