Ordinance Appropriating $180,000 From The Reserve For The Sale Of Water And Sewer Proceeds Of The City For Various Improvements Or Purposes To Be Undertaken By The City Of Salem, In The County Of Salem, New Jersey. Ordinance 26-09 the title of which is published herewith, was reintroduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Common Council of the City of Salem, in the County of Salem, New Jersey, held on May 11, 2026. Ordinance 26-09 will be further considered for final passage after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of said Common Council to be held in the Old County Courthouse, 113 Market Street, Salem, NJ on May 26, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. and during the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said ordinance will be made available at the Clerk’s Office in Salem City Hall Building, 125 West Broadway, Salem, to the members of the general public who shall request the same. The purpose of Ordinance 26-09 is to Appropriate funds from the Water and Sewer Utilities sale and establish accounts that the money can be drawn from for approved spending.
