Notice is hereby given that the City of Salem, County of Salem, has set 07/31/2026 at 8:30 am in the Tax Collector’s Office, 125 West Broadway, as the date, time, and place to consider the offer of Akaal Investment, LLC, to acquire, by assignment, the following Tax Sale Certificates dated June 03, 2024, held by the City of Salem, known as:
- #23-00007 – 63 Market Street – Kaur, Baljit
- #23-00008 – Market Street – Kaur, Baljit
Said offer represents the full redemption total of said certificate. The owner of said property and all interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard prior to acting by the Governing Body.
This notice is given in pursuant to the provision of N.J.S.A. 54:5-114.
