The City of Salem is seeking bids from qualified firms to conduct a revaluation of all real properties in the City for the tax year 2027. The contract will be awarded pursuant to the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law.
Sealed bids shall be submitted on or before June 3, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. Request for Proposal documentation and specifications may be obtained during normal business hours of the City of Salem at the Clerk’s Office located at 125 West Broadway, NJ 08079, telephone 856- 935-0372. Proposals shall be made in the manner prescribed in the request for proposals and specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Proposals for Revaluation”. The City is not responsible for late mail deliveries.
All proposals and contracts shall be subject to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. concerning equal employment and affirmative action; N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq concerning business registration; and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, concerning statement of corporate ownership.
