2. Please see attached Certification of Non-Debarment Form and Combined Certification: Prohibited Activities in Russia and Belarus & Investment Activities in Iran From. Both forms are required to be provided with vendor responses, along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder Form that was attached to the RFQ. Failure to provide any of these fully executed forms will deem the submittal nonresponsive.
3. Any questions regarding the technical scope of work associated with this solicitation should be submitted in writing via email no later than 5:00pm on Thursday, September 24, 2026, to Mr. Griffen Frantz, BRS, Inc., via email at .
4. Additional Addendum may be issued for this solicitation following receipt of vendor questions.
5. For vendors wishing to visit the site: They are required to come to City Hall at 125 West Broadway, Salem, NJ 08079, prior to attending the site. A waiver is required to be signed, and a representative from the City will accompany vendors to the property. Please ask for Ben Angeli, Salem City Administrator, when you arrive at City Hall.
