Seeking Quotes For A Multiple Site Clean-Up Project

Notice is hereby given that the City of Salem is again seeking quotes for a multiple site clean-up project.

49 Union – Block 68 Lot 39 – Between 47 Union and parking area- Property is 40’ frontage x 104.50’ deep

Union Street – Block 69 Lot 22 – Between 60 Union and 52 Union – Property is 40’ frontage x 146” deep

Union Street – Block 69 Lot 13 – Between 14-16 Union and 22 Union – Property is 40’ frontage x 145’ deep

15 Olive Street – Block 66 Lot 22 – Corner of Olive and Wesley – Property is 41’ frontage on Olive and 62.97 ‘rear property line. The sides are 116.50 on Wesley and 115.17’ on the 17 Olive Street side

Remove all trash, brush, branches and any other debris.

Remove all small and or dead trees

Cut grass/brush and bushes to ground level

Grade the property evenly (fill in any holes)

Quotes must be submitted to the City Clerk by Friday, July 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM to be considered.

Please provide a breakdown of the cost for each of the four clean-up sites. The contract will be awarded based on total cost of the project and other factors allowed by law.

Please submit your quote in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the Contractor, and clearly marked, “Salem City Cleanup Project”.

Quotes will not be considered unless accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and Certificate of Insurance. You must have a General Liability Policy with the City of Salem listed as additionally insured if you are selected for the project.

Vendors will also be required to fill out a City of Salem Vendor Request form
